Things between Dan and myself are becoming very serious. We enjoy our smokey 
kisses, even double pump kisses, but as of yet Dan hasn't started smoking on 
his own. That's OK, I kind of like our special little kisses. We've been to 
several parties together, where others were smoking, but he shows no 
inclination as of yet. Dan has two good college friends and neither of them 
smoke, so I think that's why Dan doesn't want to. Maybe someday he will 
become a closet smoker for me, like I was.

I've had my braces now for a liitle over a year. Dan says that I'm about 
half way done with my treatment. I'm becoming somewhat attatched to them. I 
know Dan finds them appealing. Over the last few months he's added a few new 
things to my braces. He's removed all the brackets, except for my front four 
teeth, and replaced them with bands. My bottom teeth are all banded. At 
first I didn't know if I liked that or not, but it gives me a more gleaming 
grim. He's also added elatics, one on each side of my mouth. This made 
smoking a little more chalanging, but I'm used to it. It also make blowing 
smoke rings very easy. You can snap your jaws together real quickly. He's 
also installed tubes on my molar bands that head gear slide into. I don't 
actually need headgear for my treatment, but it's something we've played 
around with. Smoking with headgear is also quite chalanging.
